Dear Sir

I recd a letter from you September 20nd 1873 stating that according to the records of the late Freedmens Bureau, I had recd my money which was [illegible] through J. M. Fools of Plummouth N.C. if so I [illegible] content so far as the Bounty is concerned and only demand by Pensions [illegible] due by children and myself you will greatly oblige [illegible] by writing us and [illegible] giving us some information about the Pension.
