Ca. 1826 - February 12, 1903
Born around 1826, Isaac W. Sitler was the surgeon for the 14th U. S. Colored Heavy Artillery from November 1864 to December 1865. He served on and off throughout the duration of the war, from his first enrollment in June 1861 to his mustering out in December 1865. He died on February 12, 1903, and is interred in Arlington National Cemetery.
