Love, Samuel

Samuel Love was born around 1826 in Montgomery County, Tennessee. On November 19, 1864, he married Amanda White at Fort Pickering near Memphis; the ceremony was officiated by the chaplain of his regiment, George W. Richardson. He was a resident of Memphis, Tennessee, in December 1866. He applied for an invalid pension on January 24, 1888, and in 1890, he appears on the veteran's census as a resident of Coldwater, Tate County, Mississippi.
